DIRECTIONS: 

• First, exfoliate lips with our Brown Sugar Lip Exfoliant to buff away any dead skin.

• Apply a layer of Velouette Matte Liquid Lipstick to the lips. Allow product to semi-dry then apply a second layer to increase color intensity if desired. 
• To remove, use an oil based cleanser. Apply a generous amount to the lips and allow to sit for atleast 5 minutes. Gently wipe away remaining product with a moist makeup remover wipe.
