DIRECTIONS: 

Apply a scoop of product onto clean, dry lips. Massage into lips in circular motions using your fingers, wet cloth or toothbrush.  Wipe or rinse clean. Follow by applying a layer of Shea Butter Lip Balm to lock in moisture.
