Shipping/ Order Status: 

- How do I qualify for free shipping? 

Free shipping is offered for Domestic residents only when your order is $40 or more. 

- How can I track my order? 

After your order has been confirmed, you will receive a following email with the tracking number. You can click on the link or type it in at www.USPS.com

- My order is missing an item

Please contact bombeautyco@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and let us know which item(s) you are missing. We will ship item(s) out within the following 24 hours and of course, you will not be charged for it. 

-My order arrived damaged

Please contact bombebeautyco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number along with multiple photos of the damaged products. 

-Do you offer returns?

The Bombe Beauty Company does not offer returns due to sanitary purposes. All orders are final. 

- Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not accept them for online orders, only for Pick up/Deliveries orders. Please contact 443.475.0225 with name, date and order number within 48 hours of purchase. Item(s) have to be unopened for exchange to be honored.  

- Do you ship internationally? 

Currently we do not offer International shipping. 

Product Related 

- What is the shelf life for The Bombe Beauty Company products? 

All of our products have a general shelf life up to 1 year. This is a recommendation, please use discernment if you notice a difference in color, smell or appearance. 

- Are The Bombe Beauty Company products 100% vegan? 

The Bombe Beauty Company is 100% vegan. We only use plant based ingredients and alternatives for animal byproducts (i.e. beeswax and collagen). Our ingredients only come from vendors that do not participate or condone animal testing. We are a cruelty-free brand. 

 

Payment Method(s): 

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay (U.S. only), and Bombe Beauty Company E-Gift Cards (U.S. orders only).

For in person sales (Pop up events) we accept Zelle, Apple Pay and Shopify POS.
